Understanding Further Education Finance and Financial Health

A practical, interactive workshop for middle to senior FE leaders who want to walk into any finance conversation with confidence.

You'll learn to read a college's financial statements, get to grips with the key financial accountability measures the sector is judged on, and see exactly how those measures are calculated - so financial health stops feeling like a black box and starts informing your decisions.

By the end, you'll be able to spot the story behind the numbers, ask sharper questions, and understand how your own area of responsibility feeds into the college's wider financial picture.
